Create a Multi-Touch Journey

What if you want to add more campaigns or touchpoints to a shopper's journey? For example, maybe you want to interact with them immediately after they make a purchase and then again a few days later when their item is shipped. To do this, you can create multi-touch journeys, either by orchestrating pathways in Experience Designer (XD) or by creating each touchpoint as a standalone campaign. In this video, we'll go over the differences between these options, how to build a journey in XD, and how to monitor its progress after it's launched.
